In this stage, we discuss the necessary requirements for the project design and building with the client. After a thorough discussion and evaluation, we refine and detail a final proposal with specified cost estimates including the selection of materials, structural engineering, site and garden design as well as final regulatory approval. You will receive final drawings and specifications. In this stage, we prepare the site and begin construction. We coordinate all activities with regular meetings with experienced project management and offer daily job site cleanings, construction waste recycling and warranty services. In this stage, we will procure any necessary permits and inspections. In this stage, we will do a quality check to ensure that project goals are being met and that the construction meets regulatory guidelines.
